Colorado Black Arts Festival  
Wow...I first sang for the black arts festival in 1989. CBAF co-founder Perry Ayers, once called me "The Closer", because I like to bring it home and have fun with the crowd. I'll be closing this cultural events 29th year, on the Kuumba main stage.
The 3 day festival in beautiful City Park (west side). This years festival is entitled "Rock Steady". We go on right after the Louise Duncan Award Ceremony, and directly following my last note, there will be a Q & A session with the Bring Back the Arts project!

The Mezzanine I am so excited to add Colorado Springs to my tour. I lived there for 10 years growing up and have hooked up with a wonderful and intimate new venue, that is part of the Colo Spgs Conservatory. Seating on a first come first served basis. Two Drink Min.

Keystone Wine & Jazz Festival @ River Run.
This festival is a great excuse to head into the majestic Colorado mountains. This will be my 5th appearance at this outdoor festival which offers vendors and activities for the entire family.
Free admission. There are fees to partake in tasting the hundreds of wine varieties, and other offerings. Buy tix here
